A very pleasant and attractive 2-storey villa llocated in West Beach/Bloubergstrand, Cape Town. 6 en-suites individually decorated- 4 upstairs with a large long balcony from which you have a beautiful sea-view & Table Mountain & two en-suites on the ground floor each with own garden/patio, no sea-view. On the ground floor: a spacious living-room from which you have access to the main patio, built-in BBQ, pool area with thatched-roof pool-bar & entertainment podium, a small swimming pool, garden. The main entrance has a pleasant reception area, two ensuites to the left of the Reception area, a Guest Toilet, spacious Dining Room with glass-doors leading to the pool area and back garden, a kitchen with pantry and scullery, A wendy-house outside the kitchen. Close to the Main Living -room is a cosy Main-Bar with an extra large flat-screen, and another smaller Private Bar in the celler. From the Reception area, there is a door leading to a remote controlled doule garage & laundry room. Upstairs there is a small cosy living-room with sea-view. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach-front and 20 minutes drive to the City of Cape Town (not on peak hours). There is a hospital and Health Care Services nearby. Supermarkets, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Take-Away Joints, Bottle-Stores, Pubs, Pharmacy, Gas-Stations all are a ten minute drive away. Taxi services and car rentals are a 20 minute walk away. There are several Gym/work-out centres, squash and tennis courts nearby. The WIne District is about 20 to 40 minutes drive away. There is plenty to do in the City of Cape Town- the Waterfront with its many fine restaurants and pubs. You can hop on a boat for a day´s or sunset cruise or drive to Table Mountain for a spectacular view of Cape Town, Signal Hill is also a place worth seeing & if you enjoy paragliding, this is a place to do it. The Aquarium at the Warefront is fantastic with a couple of penguins too. At Boulders Beach, there are penquins by hundreds and there are zoos in and around Cape Town for the little ones.
