An exceptional location in a tourist town amid the Polo Mountains.. It is 212 km from Sabiha Istanbul Airport and 248 km from Ankara. The town is at a height of 1000 meters above the sea level and is famous for its pure healthy atmosphere and extreme calmness (classified as the quietest town in turkey). The site is located just 3 km at the top of the mountain from the town center, the market, and the country's central hospital. A panoramic view overlooking the town with an area of 14,000 square meters building land and has municipal permits for construction and infrastructure plan for the completion of a health resort for natural cure. The following buildings are currently ready to use: - The first building consists of three floors, building mountain cabins, a motel, and it has 6 hotel rooms, two sitting rooms, a kitchen for visitors' breakfasts, a Turkish bath and Jacuzzi, and it has a tourist license and commercial electricity from the municipality for water and electricity. Note: Additional water well can be drilled. The second building is a mountain restaurant with a facade overlooking the tourist town. The third building is a mountain hut (hobbit) in form of a studio from the inside and is surrounded by woods.
