Construction Method:
Base structure of the house is made of steel reinforced concrete. External walls use sandwich type construction with double rows of brick and insulation between them, while internal walls use simple one row (10 cm) type construction. The roof coping is dampness and heat insulating slate concrete. Window and door frames are wooden with heat insulating double windows. Floors, false ceilings, guardrails and pergolas are also wooden.
