A 110 m2 family house with 1127 land is for sale at the end of a quiet street of Hangony (Borsod County,North Hungary) nearby the Slovakian boarder. Thermal baths of Csíz are only 25 kms away and the Hangony`s fishing lake (see last photo) provide recreational activities too.
Fruit trees have been planted on the relatively large plot, and a small stream gurgles at the end of the plot.
A well is available for watering and washing cars.
An outbuilding was built next to the main building, and there is a garage in the yard. Under the house a basement can be found with a storage room and a boieler room. In addition to the rooms, the property has a large living room, a large kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The rooms facing the street have a terrace.
The rooms are carpeted, the other rooms are tiled.
The windows were replaced with heat-insulated plastic ones, and the entrance door is a plastic door with a safety lock. All rooms are equipped with false ceilings!
Heating is provided by radiators via a mixed fuel (wood & coal) and gas boiler.
The hot water is provided by an electric boiler connected to the night electricity system, which means lower electricity bills.
Hangony has about 1,500 inhabitants. There are grocery stores, a pizzeria and a doctor. The village has a good reputation among the locals. The nearest town (Ózd) is only 7,5 km away. Eger, the famous historical town is only 50 km drive.
