The field is made for outdoor activities, with pavement in industrial quartz, fully fenced with iron stakes and metal wires, illuminated with halogen lights for night use. The property also includes a space of 200,00 sqm covered with tensile structure in iron and plastic awning, paved with clinker outside, surrounded and enclosed with a hedge, approx. 2 m high. The ex irrigation tank, converted into the swimming pool, is also completely fenced with low wall with iron railings which is accessed by an iron gate, recently covered. The area around is paved with terracotta bricks, accompanied by lava stone seats and lighting. All the additional buildings are finished internally and externally. The spaces in front of the buildings are equipped with tables and seats made of lava stone, paved with terra-cotta bricks and can be used as a barbecue and / or relaxation areas, with gazebos during the summer periods. The rest part of the grounds is planted with vineyards and partly with pine trees. Finally, in the background, there is an artesian well that serves the sufficient quantity of water for the needs of the property.

State of repair
The property is in a good condition, both internally and externally. The external part with the court was maintained with particular attention, bounded by hedges, trees, lawn and various plants.

Water supply is guaranteed by the municipal waterworks; the electricity is distributed by the ENEL network. The heating of water and kitchen facilities are fuelled with LPG cylinders. There are phone covers, digital terrestrial and ADSL. On the territory of the property, there is an artesian well usable for irrigation.

Land registry details
The whole structure was built according to regular building concessions; the land registry and urban situation is in order.
