This magnificent property consists of a 15th century stone farmhouse, surrounded by greenery just a few km from Assisi, partly used as an accommodation business and a cellar for use by the small agricultural company. State of repair
The largest part of the property was restored in 2014, preserving the original features with the addition of modern comforts, and is now used as a tourist facility. The other part needs an important restoration.
