The relais is made up of 4 independent buildings. It was born from a careful intervention to recover and reimagine existing spaces and structures such as the stables and the manor house of the old farm, as well as a clear reference to the presence of horses. In the old stables, on the track and surrounded by a garden with attention to detail, there are rooms and suites of different types that are furnished in a modern style, with particular attention to furnishings and fabrics. Equipped with every comfort, from the mini bar to the WIFI connection. Spacious and bright, overlooking the land, completely soundproofed and air conditioned. Some are decorated with ethnic furniture and personalized with soft pastel colors. Within the structure you will find 5 different types of rooms, suitable for all types of clients. The rooms are classic economy, classic superior, country suite and garden suite. In the same structure you will also find the conference room, consisting of 150 seats, equipped with the most modern audio-video systems. At the guests` disposal there is also a large relaxation area and cafeteria for business lunches and coffee breaks. The large spaces available offer guests a garden full of vegetation. The pride of the structure is the breeding of racehorses, where you can admire the beauty of the foals. The Beauty Farm is a characteristic and original structure, perfectly placed in the surrounding Umbrian territory. It includes a heated swimming pool with hydromassage and hydrobike, herbal tea and relaxation area with music therapy, sauna, steam bath with chromotherapy, emotional tunnel and Kneipp path.
