The villa is located in a nice park where we can enjoy a unique view of the surrounding islands like Isola d'Elba, Capraia, Corsica and Gorgona.

The property is in the countryside but no far from the town of Riparbella, located in a residential area, not isolated, to arrive there we have to drive for 1km of unpaved road.
