The 127 m2 country mansion on a 3151 m2plot is located on the edge of the village on the main street. The original house was built in 1870. At the time it was 180 m2 but part of the house burnt down and was demolished.
The house has a stone foundation, 60-80 cm thick brick masonry in good structural condition.
The 40 m2 cellar under the building is also in good condition, its windows have been replaced, the entrance door has been made based on the original one.
40% of the roof structure has been replaced after the fire in 1996, the rest of the roof is in average condition, the battens have also been replaced in this part.
All utilities (electricity, mains water, sewage, natural gas) are connected to the building, mains water and sewage are currently in room H2 (see on the layout).
Planning the practical layout of the property is down to the imegination of the future owner of the property.
The house can be heated by gas convector (4 convectors are installed) and wood-stove.
Rooms H1 to H5 have concrete flooring, the other rooms have no flooring.
The windows and doors are wooden, with grilles in several places (as the building was previously used as a general store and pub from 1950-2003).
The building has been renovated and remodelled several times, some of the windows have been bricked up, utilities have been installed, the roof has been renovated, etc.
The large corner plot is landscaped, fenced. Huge chestnut trees, a couple of plum trees and a well are on the plot. If you would like a larger area there is also the possibility of this, this is subject to separate negotiation.
Opposite the house there is the Tompa Mihály memorial house, church and library.

Kelemér is a village with about 600 residents, located in the north-western part Borsod-Abauúj-Zemplém county nearby the Hungarian-Slovakian border. It is 9 km from Putnok (the nearest town) and 51 km from Miskolc. The National Park of Aggtelek and the Bükk mountains are 20 km and 35 km away from here respectively.
The house is located nearby the Blue Hiking Route and is also in a countryside with many attractions. In the approximity you can find the Putnok Fishing Lake, the Kelemeri Mohos Lakes Nature Reserve, the Lázbérc Landscape Protection Area and the Gömörszőlős and the Ecological Institute for Sustainable Development.
