The property has all the utilites: gas, tap water, electricity and it is connected to the central sewerage system too.

The heating is provided by a mixed-fuel boiler and a gas boiler, the radiators are plate radiators. The tiled stove between the two rooms is in working order.
The hot water is provided by an electric boiler ( it is on a separate "controlled" electricity network - which means lower electrcity bills)
The entrance hall, dining room, cooking area, pantry, bathroom are tiled, one room has parquet flooring the other rooms are tiled (carpeted) , the boiler room and storage in the basement have concrete floors.
There are new insulated plastic windows in the house and some of the doors are also new.


The fenced plot is 1063 m2.
In the front part of the yard there is a garage. In front of the house there are evergreen trees and a well which provides potable drinking water. The garage has a concrete foundation, silicate block walls and electricity (11 m2).
There is also a 12 m2 shed to be renovated, divided into three parts.

In the garden behind the buildings there are many plum trees, but you can also find apple trees, pear trees, cherry trees, part of the area is currently used as a kitchen garden.

Szuhogy is a lovely small village in North-Hungary. The settlement is surrounded by hills. There is a doctor and food store in the village. It is only 20 km away from the National Park of Aggtelek, which is known for its hiking trails and the largest cave system in Europe that can be explored. The nearest town with supermakrets and a moder swimming pool is Edelény (20 km).
