Arló is a settlement with about 3500 residents. There is a primary school, food stores, a medium sized supermarket, a post office, a picturesque lake, which offers great opportunities for excursions and recreation. There are also two restauraunts in the settlement with great reputation, one of them is next to the Arló lake.

The property is located 6 km from Ózd and about 40 km from the famous town of Eger. Eger has a lot to offer: historic old town, famous vinayards and thermal baths from the middle ages.
