About the main house:

- It was built in the 1960`s. The basement is stone and the top floor is adobe. The house has the style of an authenctic farmhouse. The original wooden doorjambs and doors with copper handles were renovated.

- From the outside the house has been plastered recently (except for the back wall), it only needs to be painted by the new owner.

- In the basement, the bathroom has an electric boiler (which providers the hot water) and a new wood-stove. The kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The bathroom has been recently renovated. The tiles are new in the kitchen as well.

- The basement and the upper floor are connected by a spiral staircase.
On the upper level, the two end rooms are carpeted, the middle living room and the hall are tiled (the tiles are new). Heating is provided by modern gas convectors and new fireplace in the living room.

- The property has all the utilites: electricity, gas, tap water & the drainage is emptied into a septic tank. However, the connection to the central sewage system is already on the plot and it can be connected to the current system without having to touch the house (soil work is needed for it).

- The electicity wiring, the sockets and switches are all new in the large house. The electricity wires are in new plastic pipes in the walls. Each room has its own electric shock protection. The hot water boiler is connected to a seperate "controlled electricity" network, which means lower electricity bills

- All the water pipes (the brand is Henco) and sewage pipes are new in the main house.

- The roofs are in good condtion and covered by slates. There is a new aluminum gutter on the roof of the main house and on the canopy of the small house. Two chimneys have been rebuilt in the main house.

-The main house has new insulated plastic windows and a new entrance door.

- There is a security alarm with cameras around the main house.

About the cook-house (ideal for a guest house):

- There is a new aluminum gutter on the the canopy and one chimney has been rebuilt. The roof is in good condition and covered by slates
- Heated by a modern gas convector and a new wood-stove
- It was built of slag brick
- The electric wires (in plastic pipes), sockets and switces are all new
- Not connected to the cenral water system currently

The three-room outbuilding is built of brick and has 23 m2, the subfloor is metlaki tiled with traditional wooden shutters. In front there is a 23 m2 canopy, which is also suitable for outdoor events.
The slab garage can accommodate three cars with two 17.5 m2 garages on either side and a 15 m2 open carport in the middle.

Borsodnádasd is approximately 34 km away from Eger. This proximity allows residents and visitors to easily access the historical and cultural attractions of Eger.

There is a medium sized supermarket, gym and tennis court in Borsodnádasd. So the small town really offers its inhabitants more than an average village in the region.
