Description
The main building is spread over two levels for a total area of ''approximately 432 sqm and is in good structural condition although in need of a complete renovation; on the ground floor we find the ancient cellars, large rooms with important heights, which at the end of the restoration could become a magnificent living area; on the first floor 5 large rooms connected by a large central corridor. The second building (former barn) was renovated in 2002 and is spread over two floors for a total of 150 sqm; here on the ground floor we find an apartment consisting of three rooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine and on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase, we have a second two-room apartment with bathroom. The third building consists of a warehouse on one level of approximately 78 sqm with a bathroom. The whole is surrounded by about 4 hectares of land, mostly wooded.
