The house was built in 1940 about and the walls are constructed from Traditional loam bricks walls(stone fundament) which help to insulate in the winter.

The house inside consists of 2 main rooms which would be used as a living room and a double bedroom, and a nice kitchen.

The tiled bathroom has a walk in shower with wall fitted taps for the shower attachment, a basin and toilet.

Outside of the property there is a a good sized covered terraced/BBQ area. Also a barn, which need to renovate(currently use as a garage).

The house has mains electricity/and water connected from.Phone and internet ,gas ,sewer available from the street.

The town centre of Mez?csát is about 10km away and offers you all the amenities you would expect such as local shops, banks, pubs and restaurants. There is a local market twice a week in the town?s central square where you can buy local produce.

Hortobagy national park is only 20 minutes away and is a great area to see the many species of birds and wildlife that are native to Hungary. You can also go on organised tours around the park which include wildlife, and the traditional farming methods used many years ago. A great day out for all the family.

The city of Miskolc is about 50 minutes away by car and offers nice cafes and restaurants.

Poroszló is 25minutes travel, and has a great range of water sport activities.

Or you can just relax on the lakeside beach and enjoy the summer sun.

Budapest is about 1 hour 45 minutes by car using the M3 motorway, and the airport about the same.

Although Debrecen city has an airport which can be reached in about 60 minutes and is serviced by ?wizzair? direct from London?s Luton Airport.

The City also has many shops, restaurants, and a large shopping mall.
