The distribution of the revenue to each owner will be based on the percentage allocated to their apartment which is based on the size of the apartment and availability throughout the year to the rental pool. Owners may use their apartments free of cost each year between the period 1 November 30 April and a further 2 weeks across May and October. Apartments however not available for rent during this period will not benefit from potential winter rental income. Owners are free to occupy their apartment at any time throughout the year and are not required to rent their unit if they do not wish to. Those however not in the rental pool will still be required to sign up to the basic tourist services agreement.
