When you enter through the gate, you`ll discover a small swimming pool on a wooden deck, where you can enjoy the sun and some relaxing time. The house has been remodelled, keeping its original features which gives it a lot of charm and has transformed it into a very cosy space. This house has an area of 144 m2 on a plot of 240 m2. When you enter the house, you`ll find a living room with a wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen gives access to a patio with a barbecue where you can enjoy pleasant family moments. There are two bedrooms, one with a small dressing room, and a bathroom with a shower. The stairs in the living room lead to a mezzanine with a skylight that gives you plenty of light and which you can turn into a third bedroom or a leisure room. The house is just 5 minutes from the centre of São Brás de Alportel, where you`ll find everything you need for everyday life.
