Location and construction area
The plot of land measures 2417 m2, of which 30% is available for construction purposes (725,1 m2), is situated in the Mátra-mountains, 90 km North-East of the capital Budapest, a 6 km drive from regional centre, the town of Gyöngyös. Your potential future property is excellently accessible by car via motorway M3, 1 hour drive from Budapest and the national airport Ferihegy. Also well accessible by available bus- and train-connections.

Situated on the border of a secure, small and well-kept village, in a valley right in the middle of woody nature, you literally see the deer walking the hills which border the building plot.

At the front-side (northeast side) the plot is located next to a little dead-end road. A new fence surrounds the plot almost completely, with a build-in entrance at the backside (southwest side). On the backside the plot borders a bicycle road and, parallel to it, a small fast flowing mountain stream. This building has already been demolished 3 years ago.
