When we purchased the house since it has clean deeds we managed to obtain the property deeds in three weeks time. However, this is only a guide. At holiday/vacation time the Notary Public offices are closed, so it will take long at say Christmas time.
My wife can help you get the title deeds and charges 5% of the sale price. You are also free to obtain the title deeds yourself.

The house has clean deeds, zero debt, no liens or bank loans. Also all property taxes are up-to-date and all paid.
