Smallholding , with a renovated detached house, two separate apartments, stairs outside leading to the upstairs, consisting of hallway, living room, kitchen, large bedroom, and bathroom. Downstairs has its own entrance and electric meter, with the same layout. We are at the end of the village currently used as a dog/cat rescue. but has the facilities to be be used as a dog and cat, holiday boarding kennels if wanting to run it as a business. Separate brick-built cat house, with recent additional outside extension, large garage with inspection pit. 2 frame built Outbuildings for farming purposes but renovated into dog kennels, large wood storage barn, 2 puppy pens and large dog garden, separate cat garden. House has central wood burner that supplies 9 radiators throughout the house, Three new recent installed Air conditioners. 2 fitted kitchens and 2 shower/toilet rooms. The village has its own post office, policeman, and Mayor. We have good internet access and public transport to larger towns and cities plus two very well-supplied general food stores and a Hardware section. There are 3 other Brit couples who live in this village, a kindergarten but the junior and senior school is a short bus ride away. It's a nice friendly place to live and foreigners are welcome.
