The 24.7 acre property (10 hectare) is a five house breeder hen farm in Zaránk, Heves county, in Hungary; located next to the M3 highway, which is 100 km away from Budapest (1-hour drive). The farm is diversified operation which has multiple income streams that includes all kinds of poultry, including Turkey. The 10 hectare can also be a grazing land. Currently, we have been engaged in the production of commodity eggs and pre-rearing of laying hens (self and wage rearing). The farm has been operating for 23 years and is fully licensed. The current buildings can accommodate 30,000 laying hens in an alternative system (deep litter) at one time - 52,000 pullets or 55,000 broiler chickens. We also keep a couple of horses in the backyard, that has a huge open green area for them to run around during the day, and a comfortable stable for the night.

Buildings: Three 1,000 sqm and one 600 sqm stables for laying-egg pullets, in deep litter system which has a grid flooring, an automatic laying nest, one 1,000 sqm and one 600 sqm deep litter pullet breeder. In addition, a 400 sqm hay shed with a roof, and a 600 sqm building for four-legged animals (this is where we keep the horses), as well as space for crop storage and machinery (even harvester vehicle) storage. The farm as a whole is registered under three different geographic numbers (however the land is enclosed by fence as one), therefore you can easily apply for multiple tenders. The whole property is debt-free. Additionally, the facility has an employee changing room with bathroom and lockers.

Residential building: The house is a 100 sqm custom-designed two-bedroom home located on the first floor of the residential building. It has a modern minimalist interior design, which faces all four cardinal directions, and constantly allows natural light to enter the premises throughout the day. The layout of the dining room, living area and kitchen is a big open area which is quite a cosy and intimate space. The outdoors covered terrace is made of quality pine wood, and the seating area is suitable for cooking, dining or just relaxing. However, the house is only partially furnished, but can be expanded by at least another 100 sqm. The whole farm is secured by alarm and CCTV system.

Power: 3x130 amps with full ground cable system and a high performance aggregator. The heating of pullet breeders is 90% alternative and 10% gas. The heating of the apartment is 100% alternative. Tap water and drilled wells provide water supply. The farm is located right next to the main road and the roads inside the farm are mud-free. We have our own grinding and mixing machine, 10,000pcs of egg sorting capacity and a cooled egg store. The farm is for sale with or without the registered corporation (limited partnership) and a full fleet of machinery. This is not just `a` poultry farm, but a space where you can relax and utilize in creative ways which is properly reflected in the images.
