All public utility are connected. The heating is provided by gas convectors in the bigger house (the are in working order) and the second buildings is without heating at the moment (the convectors are in place but the house is without gas connection at the moment.
The houses need a renovation and modernisation.
The village has food stores, pubs and a doctor. There are many Dutch/Belgian people living in the area.
The nearest larger town is Mezőkövesd, which is 20km away. Here you will find larger shops, restaurants and supermarkets,spa.
From the property there is an great panoramic view looking at the hills of Bükk.
The beautiful baroque city of Eger is about 30 minutes by car. This town is famous for its wine, the old city and thermal baths.
Budapest is about 1.5 hours from the property. The Tisza lake and its spas are also easy to reach by car from this location.
