Description
In this beautiful compendium stands out a beautiful and very interesting winery consisting of a recently built cellar on three levels of 1,000 square meters complete with equipment for vinification, refinement and bottling, where they attend steel vats, Slavonian oak barrels, tonneaux and barriques. The bottling potential by acquiring grapes from the Chianti vines is approx. 350,000 bottles. To date, to maintain the high quality of the wine, the production is around 70,000 bottles a year. The vines in production are currently 12.5 ha and in addition there is a right to plant the vine for 1.0 ha. Approximately 3.5 ha of arable land completes the land portion. The compendium develops with a tourist-accommodation-gastronomic-zootechnical part with 18.0 hectares of land where there is arable land, an olive grove and a wooded part; the accommodation portion consists of 3 independent apartments within which we find 3 bedrooms and a suite in the villa. To complete the property, a beautiful swimming pool and green spaces where you can relax with a fantastic panorama in the background. The gastronomic part consists of a braceria and a restaurant with a majestic terrace overlooking the city. The villa of about 1,500 square meters is surrounded by a park and a garden.
