Beschrijving:  

The property is located in the municipality of Lauria near Lago Sirino, on the road that leads from the Contrada Pecorone to Lago Sirino, on the SS19.

TThe property, arranged on two levels with pitched roof, consists of two levels above ground, built on solid rock; the structure, which can be subject of extraordinary maintenance under art. 23 comma a of the Presidential Decree 380/01 without changing the layout of the masonry walls, remaking of the technological systems and interior finishes, is made of load-bearing masonry. The foundation of the building was not inspected but, given the age and position of the building, it is believed to be a continuous direct foundation that was built with a series of rectangular beams suitably sized and connected to each other (as detected by visual analysis of accessible areas and experience in the construction field)
The floor slab on the ground floor is not isolated from the ground below and is made with concrete cast on arid material (a technique typically used in buildings of the time).

The external infill is load-bearing and made with hand-hewn stone elements linked together with good quality M1 cement mortar. The internal partition infill is made with brick elements.
The additional building is available, to be converted in a guest house. the structure is done but it needs finishing.

The area, graphically represented in the site map, is located near Lago Sirino district of the municipality of Lauria (PZ); it is accessed via a private access road whose entrance is located in a branch of the municipal road SS19.
