The main house and the agricultural annexes were listed in the urban profile as buildings which were constructed before 1967 which have subsequently been modified or restored within and according to all the appropriate building regulations and therefore conform completely to all the required standards. The property is listed in the NCT in the comune of Ficulle for the land and at the NCEU for the buildings.
