Palazzo Baglioni has its origins in the Renaissance period as evidenced by some documents contained in the Gallery of Geographical Maps inside the Vatican Palaces. It was the residence of the Perugian leader Braccio Baglioni as well as a sought-after stopover for wayfarers who enter the Chiugi area from the city of Perugia. Location
The property is located in a strategic position as it is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Trasimeno and in correspondence with an important road linking Umbria and Tuscany. In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful city of Cortona and the characteristic village of Città della Pieve. Perugia airport is approximately 40 kilometers away.
