A very unusual, detached house in a pretty hamlet and excellent access (no dirt track), located just a 5 minute drive from the village of Benamargosa and within around 30 minutes of the coast. Unit 3, on the top floor consists of: a large terrace, off the spiral staircase, of 9 x 5m with a view over the hamlet and the hills beyond. From here, a door leads into the living area with kitchenette (4 x 3.5m). To the left of this area is a door to the shower room (1.75 x 1.25m), and also to the left are doors to Bedroom 1 (3 x 2m) and Bedroom 2 (also 3 x 2m). Each living unit has its own outside space and it is ideal for anyone wishing for a simple living unit for themselves, with two separate units to offer for use to friends, family or paying guests.
