The main garden area is vast and offers plenty of space to enjoy various activities. A large patio area with a pergola offers great outdoor living and dining space, making the most of the incredible views of the mountains and valley. To one side of the villa, there are small plots on different tiers for growing your own vegetables. Around the edges of the plot are garden areas with various plants and flowers. On the opposite side of the villa is a vast parking area, accessed via a driveway that leads down the side of the property, but also with further access out onto a track to the side of the property. It's also from this garden area that you can find the door leading into the huge basement area, divided into numerous rooms and making for great amounts of storage space. There is also an immense garage, large enough for up to 4 cars.

Originally, the villa did also have a pool where the grass is now located. The current owners did not have a use for this so have had it filled and concrete placed on top to extend the usable garden area. Since the pool remains on the documentation and it hadn't been demolished, a swimming pool could easily be added to the property once again at a lower cost than having a brand new pool built from scratch.
