Cala Figuera is well worth a visit on any visit to Mallorca whether its to sit and watch the small boats coming in and out over a coffee/lunch or wandering around the small inlets of the fishing village. Cala Figuera also has numerous fish restaurants that overlook the harbour where you can buy fresh fish from the fishing boats returning at 4 pm everyday.

There is a further double bedroom and family bathroom. Additional bedrooms, if needed through conversion of the large double garage or adding one/two bedrooms on top of the garage, subject to planning permission.

The villa has under floor central heating, a double garage and private parking. A cellar expands across the entire underside of the house and can be used for storage. The cellar also holds the water treatment equipment, central heating, water boiler and pool plant out of sight whilst offering extra storage. The garden offers a timed watering system and easy maintenance.
