The house was partly renovated in 2002 and is built on two floors plus a convertible attic and a roof terrace.

The house has a total of 3 double and 2 single bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. In addition, there is a spacious and cozy communal living room with a wood burning stove, a fully equipped communal kitchen with a dining area and a toilet. All windows are double glazed and have mosquito nets and shutters. The attic could be converted into an additional bedroom and the roof terrace offers beautiful views of the countryside.
