The villa rises on the top of the prestigious hill of Lamentano, near Castagneto Carducci, land of famous Bolgheri Doc Wine. Surrounded by a beautiful park of 2 hectars of olive oil trees and Maremma pine trees, Rosemary bushes and holm trees, the Villa, of approximately 300 sqm, enjoys a marvellous position with sea view, where you can lose between islands of Tuscan archipelago from.

The Villa is in a private property in which you can enter through an automatic gate. The road, surrounded with olive trees and aromatic plants, takes you to the front of the Villa. The private pool, at use exclusive for our guests, is at the side garden of the Villa.

Shady gardens surround the property, full of plants and trees native of the Mediterranean area. Panoramic terrace is perfect for appetizers at sunset times with view on the Etruscan coast.

Coming into the Villa you get a wide living space with open fire, a big window and two front doors that take you to the front of the house. The dining room is equipped with huge open fire and beautiful marble table perfect for numerous friends. Outside the dining room, a covered veranda with a big table where it is possible to enjoy dinner and supper up to 12 people.

The kitchen with adjoining pantry is equipped completely, the laundry at the side of the house, available for the guests.

At the upper floor, a nice living room with wood burning stove, sofas and glass walls from which you can access at the garden at the back of the house. Large room with king size bed with panoramic view. En-suite bathroom in this room is particularly spacious and provided with double sink and huge bathtub. A lounge for reading is in the middle of the two bedrooms and it gives privacy to the guests.

In the second bedroom a double bed and single bed, if it is necessary. En-suite bathroom with shower and two windows looking at the valley, with the mirror reflection of entire surrounding countryside. The third bedroom is at the outbuilding in front of the house, also with king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The small deck in the front is perfect for enjoying the calm that reigns in this place.
