This group of buildings comprises two farm buildings set in a peaceful location in a small hamlet. On the one hand, a farmhouse comprising a dwelling house, a barn and a large two-storey hangar, arranged around a U-shaped courtyard, plus a small house with a floor surface area of 50 m² (538 sq ft) on three levels, awaiting total renovation, all set in almost two hectares (6.5 acres) of land. On the other side of a small road, another farmhouse with a dwelling house in need of complete renovation (except for the walls and roof), a barn, a shed and another small outbuilding, set in almost 1.4 hectares of land and benefiting from a spring. The first 19th century stone farmhouse has a very favourable aspect. It faces South with a commanding view. It has a private U-shaped courtyard and almost two hectares of land. It has been able to retain some of its original features, such as the beautiful stonework, exposed beams, chestnut parquet flooring and a beautiful souillarde. After a few steps, you enter the house through the kitchen. To the left is a small hallway leading to the shower room (recently renovated with a walk-in shower) and WC. To the right is the living room. A corridor leads to two bedrooms. From the living room, a staircase leads upstairs. From here, a corridor leads to three further bedrooms. Another staircase leads to the attic. Cellars cover the floor area. The house is sound. The barn could be converted and has the advantage of being adjoining. It could therefore be connected to the house. Parallel to the barn is a hangar with 80 m² on each level. Both levels could be converted. A little further away is a small house with a floor surface area of 50 m² on three levels. This house needs to be completely renovated. Work also needs to be carried out on the main house: the doors and windows are single-glazed, the electricity dates from the early 1980s, the heating is oil-fired, and the barn roof needs to be redone, etc. The second (older) farmhouse comprises a dwelling awaiting complete renovation (except for the walls and the redone roof), a barn, a shed and a small outbuilding set in almost 1.4 hectares of land with a well. A beautiful stone staircase leads up to the house. This leads to a future living room of 33 m², a kitchen and two bedrooms. On the upper floor, the attic (90 m²) can be converted. The ground floor comprises cellars. Separated from the house by a small covered passageway is a two-storey barn of more than 70 m² that could be converted. Finally, on the opposite side is a shed.
