Set in 2317sq meters this lovely stone cottage has it all.
The cottage sits on a hill, adjacent to a nature reserve. The entire cottage is tiled and the lounge is double volume with Biofuel fireplace. The home is powered by its own solar electricity and should you wish, you can use your own water.

Although it only has one bedroom, there is space to build at least two more.

Garage is automated and is big enough 2 cars plus. Driveway was created with specially cast cement pattern to give it a one off feel.
With a borehole supplying 7000 lt an hour and a dam with waterlilies and Tilapia, supplying water to the greenhouse for Aquaponics. The greenhouse grows a variety of fruit and vegetables. This is in addition to a variety of vegetables grown in the garden.

Instead of grass for the green areas, I have planted Wonderlawn so no mowing is required.

Watering has an automatic system that covers the entire garden. The greenhouse has its own watering system from the dam with water enriched from the tilapia which are fully grown and producing babies This water goes through volcanic rock to clean it before returning it to the dam and being recycled.
