This project is a beautiful setting with a distinct architectural style. It features a combination of wood and stone facades that blend seamlessly with its surroundings. This project is also inspired by the architecture of the Les Allues village, with its small volumes and natural gradients that lead to shared paths and outdoor spaces. The harmonious blend of materials and forms reflects the town center`s past buildings while adding a modern touch. The use of natural stone and wood, as well as the sloping roof`s orientation, ensures that these new buildings are respectful of their surroundings.

The village`s parking areas are out of sight, and vehicular use is restricted. All of the spaces have been grouped together, and they are sheltered by a stone-clad outer wall. These levels of parking are connected to the three small lift shafts and stairwells, which provide easy access to the various dwellings. The buildings and the two car park levels can be accessed from the private Rue de Petit Facteur. The first floor has windows that face downhill, which provides an unobstructed view of the ridges and snow-covered peaks in winter and the green of spring. The upper level offers 360 degrees of panoramic views, and the apartments are situated on the natural slope.

The homes are extended with terraces and balconies to enjoy the area`s remarkable natural beauty.
