A 82 m2 house to be renovated with 1750 m2 land
Csokvaomány is well-know for its large Dutch speaking community and the lovely hills around the village.
A stone (foundation) and brick (walls) house is for sale in Csokvaomány. The house was built in the 1950`s. The living area of the house is 82 m2 and there is 12 m2 boiler room attached to the house too. Some of the windows are new double-glazed insulated. The entrance doors are new wood doors.
The house has all the utilities: tap water, gas, electricity and it is connected to the central sewerage system. There is a well on the plot with potable water. You may also use the water in the house from the well, as the well is connected the house. The hot water is provided in the house by a gas heating system.
The house`s roof has two separate parts. The front part is in medium condition but the back part of the roof need to be changed. (please see the two parts of the roof on the photos)
On the plot there is a 18 m2 cellar, few fruit trees and grapes. As you can see on the photos there was a second house (stone) on the plot, which was demolished but the stones stayed on the plot. There are other outer buildings on the plot too for storage and keeping animals.
Please note, that there were signs of mold in the house, therefore it is suggested to bring a structural engineer when you view the house.

Csokvaomány is close to the national park of Bükk and the Lazberci lake. It is a perfect location for hiking in nature as the Bükk has stunning . The village has food stores.
If you are looking for a supermarket, the nearest city is Ózd. It is 20 km away.
The beautiful baroque city of Eger is about 45 minutes by. It is famous for its old town, castle, thermal baths from the middle ages and it`s famous wine region. The famous "Bull blood" (Bikavér) is from here.
