The property was built in the 1970’s. The walls were built from brick.

The concrete base and the wall structure are in good condition. The roof is in average condition, no signs of leaking anywhere.

There are wooden shutters throughout the house. The flooring throughout the house needs to be renovated.
There is tap water, 3 phase electricity and gas in the house too. the sewage is drained into a septic tank.

The heating is possible with mixed fuel boiler and gas boiler, the boiler room is in the basement.

The lower floor is also habitable with a floor to ceiling height of about 2 m. Hot water is supplied by two electric boilers, one in the basement and one on the upper floor.


The land is 2190 m2, there is an outbuilding which is 22 m long and 4.8 m wide. Half of the outbuilding is occupied by a garage and the other half by stables. The barn is about 10 x 4.9 m and the garage is about the same size.

In the orchard there are raspberries, grapes, pears, abundant apple trees.

The garden has a hillside view and a stream at the end of the garden, which can be used for irrigation with a pump.

Nearby there is grocery store, liquor store, post office, school, kindergarten, pharmacy, doctor.

The wonderful Arló lake is only a few minutes away by car. Szilvásvárad is only 28 km away.
Lake Arló is suitable for fishing, beaching and holding events (weddings) and it has a restaurant too.
In Szilvásvárad there is the wonderful Szalajka valley, prehistoric man`s cave, waterfall, horse racing events.

Eger is 41 km away, where you can see many cultural events. It is also famous for its wine and old city. The regional capital Miskolc 60 km awaym which is famous for its cave thermal bath. Ózd is only about 10 km away, where you find the major supermarkets and a swimming pool.

Csíz (In Slovakia) is only 25 km away from here, which also know for its thermal bath.
