The house was built in 1965 from brick and stone.

The house has central heating with radiators, served by a gas boiler or a mixed fuel boiler (wood and coal). There is currently a significant amount wood available for heating. Electricity supply to both apartments 3*16A. Both apartments have separate partitioned alarm systems, wired for remote monitoring. The hot water is provided in both apartments by electric boilers. In one of the apartments the bathroom is new.

The attic space is currently used for storage, clothes drying.

Eger is 40 km drive.
