The house is located in the quiet street(like in a village) of Ózd city,close to the centrum and shopping area.

The town of Ózd have large stores and supermarkets(Spar, Tesco, Lidl, Mc.Donalds, hospitals ,schools).

The house is a good size at 150m2.Need some renovation,modernisation.Panoramic view,no direct neighbours opposite and behind. View for the forest.

Upper floor:3 rooms,kitchen,bathroom and toilet,ante room.

Groundfoor:2 rooms,bathroom and toilet.Brick walls.

Heating inside is provided by central heating. Owners changed the windows partly for new ones.

Public mains utilities need to re-connect- such as electricity,main gas. Water supply by well,but mains water can connect from the street.Septic tank. Telephone/internet can be connected from the street.

The beautiful baroque city of Eger is about 45 minutes by car and has all the shopping facilities you would expect including a shopping mall, Tesco and Lidl supermarkets.

The city centre itself is a worth visiting to see the magnificent Basilica and the castle.

Visit the narrow alleyways in the inner part of Eger near the castle to find many cafes and traditional local shops.

Budapest is about 2 hours from the property.

Beside its historic sights and its thermal baths, Eger is famous for its wines. It produces both red and white wines of high quality. The famous and traditional varieties of the region are Egri Leányka, Egerszóláti Olaszrizling, Debr?i Hárslevel? (whites), and Egri Bikavér (a red). More recently, Chardonnay and Pinot noir wines have appeared. The region's wines are said to bear a resemblance to those of Burgundy.

The Bükk national park and the protected area of Lázberci are all close by as is the skiing resort of bankut.

If mountain walks, nature reserves, fishing, sightseeing, and glorious countryside are what you like then this area will certainly be of great interest as a holiday destination or for permanent living.
