The house is 100 m2. The house was built from adobe in the 1950`s. The fundament is slag brick.
There property is on 1321 m2 plot with some outer buildings, many fruit trees and room for crop production too.

The electricity wiring was changed 10 years ago in the house, now it is copper
er over the house except for the pantry. The water provided from a water wall through a hydrophore. The drainage is emptied into a septic tank trough plastic pipes.

The roof of the house is in good condition and covered by tiles.

There are three tiled stoves, two of them are working, the third one is not working because the chimney is dismantled up to the roof level. Furthermore that house can be heated by gas convectors too.

The two front rooms and the living room have parquet flooring, the hall has tiles, the back room and the kitchen have concrete and the bathroom has tiles.

The front room in the house has some cracks, we believe it is due to the traffic passing by the house and not a structural issue.

The separate room (which used to be a summer kitchen) is 13 m2 with a ceiling height of 1.9 m. It can be heated by a convector and a stove, the convector is missing its cover. There is water in this room as well (from the water well).

There is a storage room and cellar right behind the house.
The two parts are connected by a large canopy (26m2)
The front yard is paved with concrete bricks.

The back garden consists of the following:
- concrete masonry barn 9 m2,
- pigsty + poultry house + outside toilet (13.5 m2) (in one block, concrete base, brick masonry) canopy in front (10 m2)
-workshop 9 m2, concrete base, brick masonry, 3 phase electricity (the main house has 3 phases as well)

The back part of the land has fruit trees and space for arable cropping.

Járdánháza is a settlement with about 1600 residents. It has a medium sized supermarket, doctor and most things you need for everyday living.
The village is surrounded by lovely hills. The wonderful Arló lake is only a few minutes away by car. Arló lake is suitable for fishing and it has a great restaurant.

Eger is 41 km away, where you can see many cultural events. It is also famous for its wine and the old city. The regional capital Miskolc 60 km away, which is famous for its cave thermal bath. Ózd is only about 10 km away, where you find the major supermarkets and a swimming pool.

Csíz (In Slovakia) is only 25 km away from here, which also know for its thermal bath.
