My property consist of a house of 85 sq.m. and 4092 sq.m. land. It is located only 15 km from Gabrovo town, in the village Smilovtsi. It is suitable for everyone who loves silence and nature. As we have not grown anything, the area is overgrown and the barn has collapsed, but the foundations are still standing and can be restored and the garden can be cleared.
