At the entrance there is a cozy veranda where you may glance at the lake or just hang out.
Inside,you will find a small hall with space for clothing. In the spacious family room,there is enough room for both sleeping and well-being.
Here is also the main fireplace that provides both warmth and a good mood.
In the kitchen there is another fireplace, gas stove, oven, cooker hood, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine.
Above the kitchen is a sleeping loft with space for a double bed.
Shower/WC with wet room carpet on the floor wash basin and a folding glass door shower.
The house is timbered in a classic style and is in a very good condition. A perfect place to unwind in both summer and winter.
Separately is another house of 35m2 for guests or living/rentout.
This house has a small kitchen, bathroom, air heat pump and fireplace. This house has been completed in 2023.

THE SELLER SAYS:
"It started with a timbering course maybe 15 years ago.
A few years later, I came across an unfinished timber frame, six-inch timber, grown in Ångermanland.
With the help of a local carpenter and friends, the frame and extension was erected.
The entire construction is done in "spare time",which can sometimes be in short supply.
In 2019, the house was ready. Smart simple solutions, big but still small, nice materials, ecology...
Function before flair.
In the large cabin you can both let yourself be inspired and relax. The morning coffee can be enjoyed on the small veranda with a view of the lake and the neighbourhood. I will miss that.
I completed the guest house during the winter and spring 2023. It turned out well.
Decent standard with a small kitchen/living room, bedroom, toilet and shower.
