Our adored 2 bedroomed mobile home is ideally situated on an end plot on Park Lane in Camping La Aldea. It is 35ft by 12ft and has a beautiful, open aspect and is located 5 minutes walk from the restaurant, the on-site shop and the swimming pool. It is fully furnished with free-standing furniture and has air conditioning in the master bedroom and the living room. The home also benefits from central heating and double glazing.
The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. It also has a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.
Washing machine, fridge, freezer, kettle, television, air fryer and toaster are included.
The plot size is 150m2 with plenty of space on the decking for relaxation as well as space on the plot to park a car.
We love the area so much that we bought a house nearby and now live permanently in Spain. Reluctantly, we are now choosing to sell this lovely mobile home

Camping La Aldea is a well-maintained and spacious park located on the outskirts of El Rocio, on the edge of the Doñana National Park which is Europe’s largest protected National Park, in the Province of Huelva, Andalusia.
Camping La Aldea has a swimming pool, restaurant, bar/coffee shop, shop, laundry facilities and a children’s play area.
The unique town of El Rocio, is just a few minutes walk away from the site and offers banks, shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, doctors, dentist and pharmacies. Its sandy streets and tethering posts for horses surround a beautiful white church housing a statue of the Virgin of the Dew. She is the focal point of a centuries-old annual pilgrimage and fiesta attended by thousands each year, the Romeria. The town is a horse-lovers paradise, with many horses, carts and riders in traditional dress seen every day, especially in the evenings.
Matalascañas is the closest beach to Camping La Aldea. It is located on the Costa de la Luz on the Gulf of Cadiz in southwest Andalucia. It is approximately 15 mins drive or 25 mins in the excellent local bus. The beach stretches over 20km and the main part has many restaurants and cafes serving freshly caught fish and seafood along a 4km promenade. The Blue Flag beach has lifeguards and showers and the iconic Torre de la Higuera right on the beach.
The beautiful Doñana National Park is known for its wetlands, lagoons, pine forests, cliffs, shifting coastal sand dunes and miles of unspoiled beaches. The park is a sanctuary for wildlife including thousands of European and African migratory birds, horses, fallow deer, Spanish red deer, wild boars, European badgers, Egyptian mongooses, and endangered species such as the Spanish imperial eagle and the Iberian lynx. Excursions can be arranged on horseback or in 4×4 vehicles.
The nearest airports are Sevilla (approximately 65 minutes drive) and Faro, (approximately 105 minutes drive over the border in the Algarve, Portugal.)
