Hangony is a village in the area known for its good residential community and the Hangony lake.
The total useful living area is 114.7 m2, which can be divided into two parts with separate entrances: a smaller 36m2 apertment which consists of one beedroom, kitchen, pantry and a hallway and the second apartment is 78.7 m2 in total. It consists of 3 bedrooms, hall, kitchen and bathroom. The the larger part is renovated and the smaller part is to be renovated. Due to the living areas with separate entrances, it would be ideal for someone who would like to host guests separately or live with family members separately. However, the smaller 36 m2 apartment could be also used as workshop or it is possible to attach it to the larger living area.
The bathroom and the kitchen were renovated about 10 years ago, during the renovation the water plumbings and electricity wirings were changed in those areas. The roof is in an average condition and covered by slates. The house was built in the 1970. The walls were made of concrete and slag bricks. The house is in great condition stucturally.
The heating is provided by mixed fuil boiler and a gas boiler. The water is provided from a well (in the house) & there is a septic tank on the land for drainage. The hot water is provided by an electric boiler.
There is also a covered terrace, cellar, garage and livestock sheds on the 2000 m2 plot. In the back part of the plot there is a large fruit orchard.
Hangony has about 1400 residents. There is a medium sized supermarket and a doctor in the village. It is surrounded by beautiful hills, making it a perfect location for hiking. The nearst town (Ózd) is only 8 km away from here. The thermal bath of Csíz is only 25 km from this location. The National Park of Bükk is also nearby.
