The main farmhouse is divided into three independent units.

The main house is composed as follows:
- Apartment A: living room/kitchen, bedroom bathroom and porch on the ground floor and a mezzanine bedroom with bathroom on the first floor.
- Apartment B: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, hallway, two porches on the ground floor.
- Flat C: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a loggia on the first floor, loft with two bedrooms and storage room.

External annex of approx. 50 sqm with storage room, bathroom, technical room, and external wood-burning oven.

State of repair
The farmhouse was renovated with great care in 2009. An absolutely solid structure, with wooden beam floors and terracotta tiles (alternating with concrete brick floors), wooden window frames and double glazing, and terracotta-like stoneware floors, very functional and comfortable even in the case of short seasonal rentals. Air conditioning system installed in 2023.

Utilities
All utilities are present. There is also a private well for the irrigation. Each apartment has an autonomous LPG-fueled heating system (with an underground tank). Waste water disposal is guaranteed by dispersion sewage. Satellite TV and Internet Wifi are present in each apartment. Air conditioning in each apartment was installed in 2023.
