The family house was built in 1977 from silicate block, concrete foundation, inside and outside is in good condition. The wooden structure of the tiled roof with concrete slab is in perfect condition. The useful floor area of the building is 128 m2 excluding balconies, terraces, garage, boiler room (185 m2 including those) On the lower level the bathroom (with toilet) is located in the garage.

The property is 6 km from Ózd and about 40 km from Eger. Eger has a lot to offer: a historic old town, famous vineyards and medieval thermal baths. In Ózd you can find all the major supermarkets and everything else a city can offer. The thermal baths of Chiz (Slovakia) are only 30 km away.
